The point of departure is right here at Koflerhof. First you follow the access road in the direction of Völsegg. Just after the end of the access road you turn right in the direction of St. Sebastian and follow the path up to the chapel. From there you continue on upwards towards Wuhnleger with its pond, in which the legendary Rosengarten and Vajolettürme gleam (Fotomotiv).

Then you continue on to Tschafonhütte and to Völseggspitze.

You can descend by taking the hiking path to Berggasthof Schönblick mountain guesthouse, on to Völsegg and back to Koflerhof.
