Arrival & Departure
- Your holiday flat is ready for you from 2.00 pm on your arrival day.
- On your departure day, we kindly ask you to leave the flat by 10.00 am, in order to make sure it will also be ready on time for the next guests.
Booking/cancellation

We look forward to welcoming you. However, if you need to cancel your booking, you can do so free of charge up to 3 months prior to the arrival date.

In case of cancellation between 3 months and 4 weeks prior to the arrival date, we charge the first 3 days.

In case of cancellation less than 4 weeks prior to the arrival date, the cancellation fee is 80% of the booking amount.
Deposit
The booking is binding only after receipt of a deposit.
But please always wait for our confirmation email with the payment request and bank details.
