How you reach us

By car (coming from the A22 motorway)

• take the A22 Brenner motorway to the Bolzano Nord exit
• follow the signs in the direction of Brenner until you reach the village of Prato Isarco (approx. 5 minutes from the freeway exit)
• in Prato Isarco take the left tunnel lane in the direction of Tires
• after 2 km take the turnoff to Tires
• follow the road to Tires and further to S. Cipriano
• at the chapel turn left and then immediately left again. Follow the signs to the Koflerhof.

By public transport (bus and train)

• by train or bus to the train station in Bolzano. There you will find the bus station right next to it.
• Take bus line 185 (Tires)
• If you would like us to pick you up from the bus stop at the chapel in S. Cipriano, please be sure to let us know when you make your reservation.
  We will be happy to send you the guest card "Südtirol Alto Adige Guest Pass" by mail after consultation, so that you can use the public transport in South Tyrol for free already upon arrival.

Information for a special holiday

Payable services upon request

• Daily new orderable breakfast basket
• Use of the washing machine

Arrival & Departure

• Your holiday flat is ready for you from 2.00 pm on your arrival day.
• On your departure day, we kindly ask you to leave the flat by 10.00 am, in order to make sure it will also be ready on time for the next guests.

Booking/cancellation

• We look forward to welcoming you. However, if you need to cancel your booking, you can do so free of charge up to 3 months prior to the arrival date.

• In case of cancellation between 3 months and 4 weeks prior to the arrival date, we charge the first 3 days.

• In case of cancellation less than 4 weeks prior to the arrival date, the cancellation fee is 80% of the booking amount.

Deposit

The booking is binding only after receipt of a deposit.
But please always wait for our confirmation email with the payment request and bank details.
